Hi, I’m Crystal. I’m a licensed psychotherapist and survivor of complex trauma. I help women heal their relationships to themselves with the use of somatics and Internal Family Systems. I specialize in working with women who struggle with people-pleasing, lack of boundaries, and societal conditioning. My clients are often drawn to nature, crave community, and seek a deeper connection with themselves and others. I dabble in herbal remedies for nervous system restoration and share these in tea sits. Additionally, I help women heal their relationships to the feminine and other women. I believe in the retrieval of our lost arts and offer them by way of moon circles, rituals, classes, and workshops. Women are meant for each other. Let’s gather.
