Radiant Healing Arts Center
Donation-based
Join us for an uplifting, all-levels yoga class designed to support your physical, mental, and emotional well-being while strengthening our community.

This donation-based class is offered in partnership with a local non-profit organization, Defenders of Freedom, geared to helping veterans who are recovering from TBI. Classes are led by certified yoga instructors affiliated with Defenders of Freedom and are welcoming to beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
Whether you're looking to improve flexibility, reduce stress, build strength, or simply carve out time for yourself each week, this class offers a supportive environment where everyone can feel at home.
Your donation does more than provide access to a meaningful yoga practice—it helps sustain the mission of a local nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the health and well-being of veterans in our community.
Proceeds directly support the programs and outreach efforts of Radiant Healing Arts and Defenders of Freedom, allowing both organizations to continue making holistic wellness more accessible.
Tony Merola is a combat-decorated Army Ranger who served with the 3rd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment from 2001 to 2005. He deployed five times to Afghanistan and Iraq, including Operation Rhino in October 2001—one of the first missions of the Global War on Terror.
After leaving the military, Tony faced a long, personal battle with the invisible wounds of war: traumatic brain injury, PTSD, addiction, and suicidal ideation. In 2023, everything changed when he connected with Defenders of Freedom and entered Resiliency Brain Health’s intensive TBI treatment program. That healing experience was a turning point—and a new beginning.
With DOF’s support, Tony launched the Oklahoma chapter to bring that same hope to other veterans. His recovery journey is rooted in a holistic lifestyle: gardening, fitness, breathwork, journaling, nutrition, and mental discipline. Now, he’s building a healing retreat where veterans can recover from trauma, reconnect with purpose, and rediscover the joy of family, community, and service.
