If you are a neurodivergent adult, come gather with us at Radiant Healing Arts Center for an evening of gentle connection, nervous system support, and authentic community—created by and for neurodivergent adults.

Hosted by the Autism Foundation of Oklahoma, with class being led by Gwyn Davis, we’ll explore how stress affects the nervous system in a clear, accessible way, followed by gentle Qigong, breath work with sound journey & supportive sharing circle to conclude. No prior experience is needed. You’re invited to arrive exactly as you are.

This monthly social exists to offer a safe, affirming, low-pressure space for connection, friendship, and real socialization with others who understand your lived experience.
