Every couple of years a rare occurrence happens where we have two new moons in a calendar month, the second moon is called a black moon. We started December off with a new moon in Sagittarius and we will finish December with a new moon in Capricorn. This new moon in Capricorn is giving us an opportunity to get in touch with intentions that we want to carry on into the following months.

This weeks sound bath and meditation will offer a space for sitting with and setting those intentions. This is a great time to take a moment for yourself, to relax into what it is that you are creating in your life currently, to review and find gratitude for the many lessons and blessings that this last 12 months had for you and honor all the work you've done to get where you are at.
