This a beginner friendly class that will explore Contact Improvisation.  

Contact Improvisation is a practice that creates a space where people can freely explore touch and movement in a conscious way. It is a language of dance that encourages free improvisation in partnered dancing. It is fundamentally a practice about listening to ourselves, each other and the present moment.
