Join us every other Friday night this spring for a community-based yoga class at Radiant Living Center. Relax and unwind after a long week with gentle stretching and yoga poses designed to meet your specific needs that day.

Class will begin with each participant introducing themselves to the group, voicing any injuries or concerns they have for their body that day, and making one request for what they’d like to receive from the class that evening. Collectively, students will be lead through a yoga flow that suits the unique needs of the entire class as a whole.

In this unique experience, we’ll get to know each other on a deeper level than a typical studio class. We’ll practice voicing our requests and needs while continually checking it with our bodies throughout the hour. Expect gentle movements, relaxation, meditative breathwork, and joy and laughter as we embark on this collaborative journey…
