Grief & Expression is a community gathering centered around creativity, reflection, emotional expression, and human connection. Through art, music, reflection, and communal witnessing, participants are invited into a grounded and supportive environment where emotion, loss, transition, and the human experience can be explored with honesty, creativity, and care.

Together, we will move through music, painting, reflection, and optional communal sharing in a calm and supportive environment designed to encourage presence, expression, and connection. No artistic experience is needed. All supplies are included.

This gathering is facilitated by Denise, whose background includes depth-oriented mentorship, grief work, sociology, and over four years of experience in group facilitation and education. With deep reverence for grief and the human experience, Denise creates spaces rooted in compassion, authenticity, and emotional care.
