Intro to Sound Bowls

Curious about sound healing, but not ready to invest in your own instruments yet? This beginner-friendly, hands-on training is designed for you. You’ll get the opportunity to work directly with all three types of sound healing bowls—metal, quartz crystal, and crystal alchemy—while learning foundational techniques and key insights to confidently begin your sound journey.

No equipment needed! Everything is provided. You’ll receive a certificate of completion plus access to the Sonic Circle: Sound Healing Academy, an online community for continued learning, connection, and support with fellow students.
