Personal sovereignty is a powerful concept that empowers individuals to take control of their lives and decisions.

Sovereignty refers to the inner authority we claim as valid, rooted in our own truth. It’s about self- ownership - belonging to ourselves, feeling strong, and embodying integrity.

During this meditation and sound bath experience, Hannah will be guide us within your inner world where you can review and take accountability for your current emotions, thoughts and feelings. It’s a powerful place to be when we can own our “ish” and find acceptance so that we can truly make the changes that resonate with our inner truth and sovereign self.
