Join us this July for a four-week exploration of sacred listening, or the practice of slowing down, tuning in, and receiving. Each gathering follows the Soulfully Sound session flow Ground • Sound • Flow • Integrate while inviting you to experience a different aspect of sound, presence, and connection. Come for one session or join us for the full journey as each week gently builds upon the last.

Week 1 | Ground: The Art of Arriving

Before we can receive sound, we first create space for it. This evening is an invitation to slow down, settle the nervous system, and arrive fully in the present moment.

Week 2 | Sound: Feeling Vibration

Experience sound beyond what you hear. Through crystal singing bowls, chimes, and intentional pauses, you'll be invited to notice where vibration lives within your body.
