This is a 2-hour introductory class to TRE - Tension/Trauma Releasing Exercises.

🌿TRE is the body's natural way to resolve tension, stress, and trauma. Participants should be able to get down on the floor and back up unassisted. Individual sessions are better suited to those with physical challenges. It is easy to learn and will serve you the rest of your life.

The class will be taught by Vance Simpson, CMT - TRE Provider - a practitioner at Radiant Healing Arts Center.

The cost is $25 for the class and $6.00 for the brochure and instructions. Cash or Check only at the door.

Bring loose clothing, water, and a yoga mat if you like. There are also mats available at the Center.
