We will be reading the book "What Happened to You" by Oprah Winfrey and Bruce Perry. Each week, we will gather, discuss the book, and participants will process trauma as needed. This is a therapy group facilitated by a licensed therapist (bio below). In addition, this is a closed group, meaning no new participants will be admitted after the start date to safeguard the tender topics discussed and felt safety of the participants.
